YA 在25/07因中风去世了。。 每年過年過節必出現在電視上的馬石油廣告：印裔父子同慶國慶、華裔婆孫同慶新年、三大種族男童成“沙煲兄弟”，還有“LRT讓座位”國民意識廣告……這些感人、溫馨的廣告，都是出自雅絲敏之手。
我看過她執導的“單眼皮”電影(SEPET)，是很不錯的一部戲。

隨著公公去世，剩下婆婆與孫兒相依為命。看著別人把家裡的東西拿走還債，婆婆告訴孫兒：別擔心，吃得苦，看得開，有愛心就可以。
為了養家和在新年裡給孫兒一個紅包，婆婆每天扛著自種的蔬菜去賣，帶著滿身疲勞回家。當孫兒看到婆婆的肩膀被弄致瘀血紅腫，很心疼，半夜在被單裡畫剪紙，隔早躡手躡腳的拿到大路旁叫賣。
新年當天，婆婆給孫兒一個紅包，乖巧孫兒把紅包的硬幣投進自己賺錢買的公雞撲滿裡，送給婆婆。婆婆的吃苦精神讓孫兒一生受益，孫兒長大后以婆婆的名字開了農場。

～老太太炫耀兒子成就～
＊劇情＊
4名老太太在享用餐食時，以炫耀口吻相互吹捧自己兒女的事業成就。
一位說兒子的靈芝生意擴展到美國、香港，連劉德華都認識他；另一位不甘示弱說，醫生兒子每動一次手術可賺到2萬英鎊；另一位也得意的說，兒子是大企業裡年薪45萬令吉的會計師。當老太太們問起一位從頭到尾只露出欽羨神情的老婦人，老婦人說自己的兒子很好，每次出去都會帶著她，“真是不好意思麻煩他們……”老婦人這么說。
然后，鏡頭轉向一個年輕人駕國產車到來，車裡有他的妻子和孩子，一家人來接老祖母去玩，剩下其他一臉寂寞的老太太對眼相望，鴉雀無聲。

鏡頭分別帶出老人日常生活的場景。一位老人爬上椅子準備把放在高處的箱子找針線縫補衣服，沒想到重心失衡，箱子翻倒在地。窗外突然傳來手按喇叭聲，一位老伯騎著腳車賣零食，也許是東西太多，他騎得有點搖晃。
喇叭聲吵醒一位正在睡覺的老婆婆，她看了一眼老伯吊在篱笆上的麵包，又繼續睡覺。
鏡頭轉到屋內一位老婆婆在洗假牙，兩位隔壁的小孩在她身邊玩耍，直到被母親牽走，老婆婆沉默的目送他們回家。響雷了，天黑了，小販老伯趕緊收拾東西，騎著腳車回家，在家裡，幾位老人在昏黃的燈光下一起吃榴槤共度除夕。

从此以后,农历新年的广告就少了一些勾人心的作品~

OMG! I gained 4kgs from 48 to 52 in just 2 months. Perhaps i really ate alot gonna be a garfield cat oledi. Got to control & control makan .. slim down to 50 at least, my target of this month~kambate!

Why in this corporate world, there are so many liers .. two faced people .. no one can be trusted except yourself! You can be nice to them, respect them,loyal to them, give them support when they need you. But some "culprits" just like to twist against their words & promises~ wuat the heck????? Sigh... kinda disappointed and upset, why dont I ???

Makan-makan trip in Melaka

Date: 30 May 2009

This makan trip which I can conclude that “it was a craziest thing” I’ve never gone through in my life so far. Imagine that within 4 hours, we had tried 5 foods in 5 different locations….” Oh my god” this is crazeeeee huh! No jokes, it’s true!

At 3:30pm, I met up with them (Agnes, Su Gee, Eveline, Yoke Yeen, Sabrina , Casey , Koay, and Alvin) at “Hai Nam Chicken Rice Ball” shop at no other than Jonker Street’s one of the famous. They had just tasted their “balls” but no so good comment from the ladies. I didn’t eat any of it as I can see the balls weren’t in good “look” & the chicken as well. Without any delay, we headed on to “Egg Tart Shop”. OMG! More than 10 types of tarts got green tea, portuguese, conventional, durian, strawberry, coffee flavored and etc. We bought 9 pieces for supper tonight.

6:30pm, we off from the hotel to start our amazing race for the food as planned. First place, buy 9 pieces of layered cheesy cakes in “Nadeje”. A little intro, http://food.malaysiamostwanted.com/venues/nadeje-mille-crepe-plaza-mahkota-melaka-raya. For those who haven’t tried this before, PLEASE DO SO! It’s creamy, cheesy… it really melts in your mouth *yummmmy*. Believe me, IT IS DEFINITELY MUCH MORE NICER THAN THE “SECRET RECI**” no branch opened elsewhere except in Melaka! One and the only one

2nd place, Koay recommended us for “玻璃叉烧饭”(bo lei cha siu fan) in Taman Melaka Baru. We ordered some cha siu, siu yok, mui coi, curry, fish cake. The main dish is the cha siu, it is really tasty, sweet to taste (“fo hou”) in Cantonese, softy meat. Shop is not really observing if not really put on eye. Price is common and reasonable (can’t remember).

3rd place, “Asam Pedas”, it’s located right beside Batu Berendam’s Pasar Borong. There are many shops selling asam pedas, we hunt for the Chinese seller. Godsshh!! It is super spicy but taste good! The fish is fresh(很有口感). No saltish, but sour, mixed with a lot of vegetables. One word "GENG"!!!

4th place, “Xi Ham”. It’s located at most of the cars passes by town “Bunga Raya” because it is such an important road. This one lagi “geng”, must squat down and eat one at a small lorong!

Last one, “Satey Celok”. Most welcomed by the tourists from all over the places, nobody will miss it when they reach Melaka. It’s located at Jalan Ong Kim Wee, go for either one. Always, a need to “Q” for eating ~ I HATE IT!!! But no choice got to give face to them in fact I could excuse myself to go back home. I know I can come anytime I got back.

Meanings of friends

Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about the ones who don't. Believe everything happens for a reason.. If you get a second chance, grab it with both hands. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just promised it would be worth it.Friends are like balloons; once you let them go, you might not get them back. Sometimes we get so busy with our own lives and problems that we may not even notice that we've let them fly away. Sometimes weare so caught up in who's right and who's wrong that we forget what's right and wrong.

婆婆走了。。。

六月二十七号上午12:25PM, 接到妈妈的来电,电话里只有妈妈的哭泣声,妈说婆婆走了。。这次是真的走了。。听到这个坏消息时 脑袋里呈现着我跟她的所有点点滴滴的回忆。我哭了。。真的好伤心。。婆婆活了92岁。陪伴了我26年,跟我们住在一起…离开了我们。。有点不舍得到今天还觉得她还活着是的。。

3点下午,我到了家,进去婆婆房间是,她是被盖着一片平时婆婆喜欢穿的沙笼。。姑姑拿开沙笼嚷我看婆婆,我哭泣了,无论如何都没办法唤醒婆婆。婆婆的面色很好,没有皱纹,一副很安祥的样子,带点微微笑,是我们从来都没看过的。。

通知了所有家人亲戚们回来,在婆婆还没放进”大屋”前都赶到。7点傍晚,大屋到了,和尚也到了,进棺前,爸爸,妈妈,姑姑,叔叔,大哥一个个帮婆婆抹身,穿上寿衣。

婆婆在我和我哥小时候就开始灌输道德观念,教道我们要如何尊敬长老,见到长辈要怎么称呼,要如何报答感恩别人,她让我体会到穷苦的感受,穷的来不给别人看扁等等。。。是婆婆让我上了宝贵的一课。。。这些是无人能够取代她的。。。婆婆很疼我,时常都买零食,煮好吃的。小学到中学都是婆婆叫醒我去上学,妈妈呢忙着去工作没什么时间。

婆婆最喜欢用古老的缝纫机缝搽脚布和百褶布被单。几乎每个人都有份。她总是去检碎布那来做,有时还到裁缝店跟人检碎布来俥,真那她没办法。婆婆很喜欢猫米狗狗,记得有一次她抱着一只小黄猫,当我伸手想要抱那只猫时,竟然它在婆婆手背上爪了一把,害到婆婆的手缝了好几只针。她一点痛都没喊出声。

七月一号,婆婆出殡了。我再也不能看到她了~ 安息吧~公公应该在天堂上等待23年了,终于俩人手唤手在一起。过着无忧无虑幸福的日子。

吃榴莲咯~

刚好回家乡庆祝父亲节时 , 妈妈栽了好几年的榴莲树终于开花结果了! 开了好几粒 , 而且我好不容易亲手俭到 , 好巧哦 好开心呢。

妈说 , 如果留隔夜的话会更好吃。当然是不行啊。我马上就给它铲了一刀。吉利古鲁给吃掉了。真的好香好香 , 肉嫩嫩的带点金黄色, 肉不多,还好,要不然的话,肯定给吃胖了。吃了这粒, 恐怕要等到明年季节才可吃到哦! 所以啊 , 我好珍惜每一寸每一口,慢吞吞的吃个光~

Decision Making

Sometimes it is hard to make a decision, to make a right decision never comes easy. If choosing the wrong, we'll regret one day, if making the right, then we'll happy about that.

This morning 04/06 I made a decision to choose a change, i dunno it's wrong or correct. But I will never regret decision made before this. It seems to me it's a new beginning, new challenges, new hopes*~* yaaaahooooo~

6 months is over

Time past damn fast nowe entering 1 of June of 2009~what had i done in the past six months? many things happened be it happy or sad moments.

I tell myself..." Remember what to remember, forget about what to forget" " Let the past be the past ". Coming 6 months, I wish i could achieve the goals and targets of the year~ GAMBATEH

香港七日游 - Maiden Hong Kong 7 Days

Maiden Hong Kong and Macau trip specially made for me (he had been promised me many2 times and at last), it is a self planned DIY trip and i made it! We spend most of the day walking, walking and walking, we did not take any taxis, only public tranportation and we cover most of HONG KONG places of interest. The temperature was hovering around 8 celcius and 14 Celcius. The CNY atmosphere in Hong Kong is nothing compares to our lovely country; Malaysia. Indeed I cant feel the CNY mood at all even thou CNY is just one week away.We stayed at Yau Ma Tei Bridal Tea House and the public transportation is very convenience.

Michael & Catherine Wedding ~ 08-03-2008

Mr Chan & Mrs Chan finally got married traditionally after 3 years of ROM(a.k.a reGistration oF MaRriage). Many of our frens asked a same question and we had the same answer for them, the question is "Why took so long to finish it off?" The answer is rare "We wished to go through our datings stage!!!" When we decided to tie the knot, we knew each other for only 8months! Knowing each other, understand each other after ROM are the most challenging way b'cos there's no returns "ticket" ~O~

During my college days couple years ago, he sent me the first email randomly picked up my email address from a site called "ahmoi.com"(kinda dinasour lar).That email marked our first point of contact ever since then we became netpals rather than a couple.

The culprit who nip floor mat everynite

Before decided to buy a puppy,which breed shall i go for?Shall i buy a big one like golder or small little cute one? After months of arguing over go or not go for a puppy b'cos it's gonna be a huge responsibility & burden brings to us for at least a decade, thinking of cleaning its shits & loo all over the house, shower him with loves&cares,feed him with good food, it needs special attention,play with him,runs him in the playground,talks to him, & take care of him when sick.

Happy, came to our life on the 16/06/2006 when he was 8weeks big(like you seen in the picture).He is mixture of ShihSzu&Maltese whose father is maltese while mother is Sz. It costs about rm700. A little background of him, borned in Tampin, Melaka, has got two sisters. He's the only one male and prettiest among them. Helen shopkeeper rang me up telling me there was a crossed-breed arrived in my shop, would you like to take a look? That time I was in KL remember that day my off day Monday. Hubby told me just go ahead to realise my "dream".. so we drove all the way down to Melaka's Pets Choice and had a closer look. He was a little puppy with a pair of sad eyes, small little cute nose, black and white fur,small like a shoes!!!! At first glance, i didn't fall in love with him instead i not very like it ( no love at first sight gua =P ). We bought him with the sake of keeping a puppy(^0^)

"HAPPY" was chosen by hubby to hope that he will bring us happines(AND HE DOES!!!!!) As time goes by happy had grown up until adult but size cant grow bigger. Hubby beat him each time happy'll come to me with an anger face, when there's food he will definate run to hubby, not even to bother me ><

Happy is cheerful,playful,foodful(like to eat),beautiful,fruitful(like to eat fruits!)...and he's spoilt!!!!!!

Great Loss

I had a mc on the 7/5 at 11th. No reasons behind it. Only god knows why. Had tried very best on it . I wont not giving up to myself. Be strong and wish me luck.

I will always remember you taught me a famous pantun, i will always remember you cooked really nice nyonya dishes ayam pongteh, kangkung belacan,ikan masak asam pedas, chalengkong,kuih ubi kayu, sambal ikan bilis, bubuh cacar, kuih koreah...etc....
